As you can see, the cheese straws were a success! (altho every time I ate one, I ran, wheezing and choking, for a glass of water b/c of the red pepper flakes. :P) The old-fashioned chocolate mousse was wonderful, too. I didn't take any pictures because, well, if you've ever seen mousse, you know what it looks like. And if you haven't, drop everything and go try some; it's a must.
I can't wait to see what next weekend will bring us in the weather department. I mean, how COMICAL and IRONIC would it be if the Indian, Dutchman, and Farmers' Almanac predicted the huge snowstorm when the technology-dependent meteorologists are predicting good weather.
